Do I have a varicocele?

Sorry, I’m a new member so I am not able to put this on under another forum subject.

I have large veins in my left testicle. I looked it up and it all points to a varicocele. My testicle are the same size as far as I can feel. The veins however on the left side are huge compared to the right. It makes my left testicle appear very large compared to my right. I was wondering if there are any treatments for this? Any side effects? And could it hinder my PE results?

I was asking the same thing.

I searched varicocele and looked through the other threads, I was just thinking someone else might have something else to say.
