I am thinking about adding a Penis Pump to routine, what I want to know is
1. can they actually add permanent length I herd they can add girth as well, is this true?
2. can anyone tell me which ones are good,
3. I am a little confused about the width of the tube I need I am 5.5 inches circumferance, cheers Bamixgee.

From my understanding, penis pumps add length and girth.

Pumps can add length and girth, but girth is the more dramatic change.

For your girth of 5.5 inches, a 2.0 inch diameter tube would be best. I don’t know your length, but a common tube size is 9 X 2.
