Hi guys,

I have been contemplating the idea of changing from SD to SO. I am currently at 18 LB with SD but wonder if it is standard practice to DE load the weight when changing angles? Also, if you do or did, what amount or percentage of weight did you DE load?

If you mean decrease the weight then yes this is a good idea. When I first changed angles from BTC to OTS I dropped weight but I cant remember by how much. Try dropping it as low as possible while still maintaining a good stretch.

Thanks for the reply. In weightlifting a drop in 15-20% is the norm but could be little more. I know this is not the same but I think I will start at 20% and see how it works out.
