Doctor Says PE Can Cause Stroke

Doctor Says PE Can Cause Stroke

So I talked to my doctor about PE exercises and he said that it can cause a stroke from the clots that might form in the penis veins. Is that true? Is there any way of preventing this? Like any medication that you could take? Thanks

Well there’s one I never heard of; PE can give you a stroke. Silly.

Maybe the doctor doesn’t really understand what the exercises are. The point of PE is to force blood into the penis to make it engorge beyond its normal capacity with the hopes that the strain on the tissues that comprise the penis will go through cellular expansion, or like when we work our biceps, the strain on the muscle makes the muscle cells need to duplicate to deal with the strain next time. If there is no blood flow at all then yes there is the risk of clotting, but I think there’d be penile damage and potential necrotic tissue problems along with any clots.

Sounds like the doctor doesn’t really understand blood flow to me

Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)

In my experience it’s caused a lot of strokes. 🙃

2011 BPEL 5.65 MSEG 4.125

2021 7 5/8 X 5 3/8

Goal: Just keep on trucking

Strokes cause stroke?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Even if a blood clot did break away, it would first reach the lungs, so a pulmonary embolism. Couldn’t reach the brain.

It’s basic anatomy. I suggest finding a better doctor!

You might ask him what physical activities you can do that he guarantees WILL NOT result in stroke. There is a title they give the lowest gpa student in medical school graduating classes … Doctor…

Never bring up PE to a doctor. They are 100% clueless about the practice and will immediately tell you to stop for reasons XYZ.

Dont ask the doctor really, if you have an injury see a urologist but dont tell your doctor. The doctor doenst know everything thats why this forum has only 500.000 members. If everyone knew PE was a thing this forum wouldve had billion member. I asked my doctor about jelqing and she didnt know about it, then see googled it and told me it was dangerous in like 5 seconds. Im PEing 6 months and everything works fine + the urologist said I dont have to stop the exercises.

Start: 15.1cm BPEL

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

Idk on this but… one of the potential riskes of drugs like Viagra if an erection lasting over 4 hours is Thrombosis in the veins and spoungiousm… throbosis can travel and possibly kill you… maybe he is basing it off of this type of information….

There are some vitamins one can take to help blood flow. All mentioned in this forum.

I think if you notice any severe discoloration on the glans, then it could be a clot.

I just try to avoid this by not stretching and extending too hard or for too long at a time.

You need a new doctor.

For a physician to not understand on a basic physiological level (we’re talking biology 101 knowledge) why it’s physically impossible for that to happen is unfathomable to me.

It happens when a person who is supposed to be the font of knowledge is presented with something he’s clueless about. He probably feels that he has to say something…anything.

Well, not impossible. Just highly unlikely.
For a venous clot to reach the brain, it would either have to make it through the lungs(it couldn’t) or bypass that route. The latter can happen in people who have septal heart defects. But then a clot from your penis is the least of your worries.
For a clot to the lungs to be bad, it would have to be big or multiple. The penis is incapable of producing either of those possibilities.

How do I know?

I’m a doctor.
