Doctors say that penis extenders could work

I was browsing the Internet today and I saw an article with the same above title. A doctor enlisted the help of a few eager men to see if a penis extender could work. The extender was made by Andromedical.

The men who volunteered for the experiment had a smaller than average penis’ around 3-4inches erect I believe. They were instructed to wear the extenders for six hours a day for six months. The traction started a 1.3lbs and they eventually increase it to 2.6lbs as the months went on.

After the six months, the men gained an average of 0.9inches of flaccid length, about 32% which gave some a larger erection size, 0.5inch or so. Girth was not mentioned so I am guessing the extender doesn’t target penis girth.

I am glad to hear that doctors are finally getting interested in this subject, as it gives men more confidence in doing exercises like these.

But I am curious though.. If you have to wear the extender for 6 hours for six months to barely get 0.5 inches in erection length. How is 10-20mins of hand held penis stretching 3 to 5 days a week going to increase the size of a mans penis??

I am roughly 6.75-7inches NBPEL and I want my final results to be 8” inches BPEL. How can stretching by hand and jelqing, for like an hour or two a week going to get me there?

Think about how much weight you can lift. A lot more force is applied to the penis during a manual stretch than by an extender. The extender makes up for it by not getting tired.

I guess it’s force vs. time. 10lbs for 20 minutes or 2 lbs for 4 hours. I’m not sure there’s enough evidence to say which way is “better” yet. But I think there’s plenty of evidence to show that both “work”.

If you’re just starting out though, the question is moot. Manual stretching and jelqing for the first 3 months became the standard starting regimen for a reason.

Do the newbie routine for 3 months and see what you gain. Read, read, read while you go. Then you will have some answers of your own instead of this thread.

Pre-PE 11/11 BPEL 5.9 EG 5.3

Started PE: 3/12 BPEL 6.0 EG 5.6 * Current: BPEL 7.0 EG 5.9 BPSL 7.4 Nut Lgth 2.5" * Goal: BPEL 7.3 EG 6.3 BPSL 8.00

Mind over matter. All of life is transitional.

Thanks!! I took the newbie routine and tweaked it a little. Honestly I am not looking to get a MASSIVE penis. Any gain is good for me. The most that I am aiming for is 1.125 inches in length and 0.5 inches in girth. Hopefully my routine can get me there in time.

If you have not already seen it here is what I am trying to do for the first 3 to 4 months of my PE-workout

Is my routine efficient
