Does using heat have a minimum time?

Does using heat have a minimum time?

For those that have been using heat in their routine, would you say there has to be a set amount of time that the internal structures has to be heated in order to be loosened? I was originally going to ask if stretching with heat is less effective then hanging with heat, but I realized 1 hour sessions of each pretty much do the same. But what about lower time frames? Some members don’t exceed 30 mins, so given less time in a routine, as anyone found that heat or IR heat while doing the workout must reach a certain time for the tissues to be fully plasticized?

I did do a search on this, but only came up with IR heat being the fastest and seemingly most effective. However, there’s a difference between nicely heated tissues in a warmup, and throughly plasticized.

Once you are in the ideal temp range heat has probably done all it’s going to, regardless of how long you maintain that temp. In other words, I doubt anything is to be gained from long-duration preheating. Get the penis in the 104-112 F range and try to hold it there for the duration of the workout.

How quickly tension is applied plays a role in pliability. If I start out yanking the living hell out of my dick, it wants to retract to save itself. Ligs stiffen when abruptly loaded. I think it’s better to work into a session gradually.

Do you know what hobby, that is a real good point! And something that I have never really thought about since I started trying to incorporate stretching into my rutine (only a day so far). I thought that I WASNT going to hard, but who knows (since I had to retraction afterwards).

I’ve been using IR in my routine for two months now. I use it for my warm up and throughout my whole routine. I have just changed to a 2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off routine. It runs M-F with Sat, Sun off. I try to stretch every day, twice a day. If it is just stretching, I warm up for about 2 minutes and stretch for about 15 minutes. I always stretch after my routine, not before. Mostly for the same reason that I stretch after my muscles are warm; you don’t want to stretch cold tissues and get injured. It’s been working for me.
