Doing it wrong?
I’ve been doing manual stretching and the most basic jelqing everyday for about 2 months now. I stretch for about a minute in each direction (up, down, left, right) then jelq about 50-100 times, then stretch again, then jelq again, then repeat each once more. I am about 50-80% erect when I do the jelqing (if it gets too erect, I pause till it goes down)
No injuries so far, nor any pain that would indicate overdoing it, so that’s good, but the only result is I have gone from a grower to a complete shower. When I started I was only about 2 inches flaccid (I only did a rough measure of it) to 6.25 bone pressed erect. Now I am.. About 6 inches when flaccid and still 6.25 bone pressed erect. (edit: slight overstatement: I just measured. It is 5.1 when flaccid)
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining or anything, just wondering if this is a normal result or if it shows I am not doing enough. Thoughts?
