I’ve been doing manual stretching and the most basic jelqing everyday for about 2 months now. I stretch for about a minute in each direction (up, down, left, right) then jelq about 50-100 times, then stretch again, then jelq again, then repeat each once more. I am about 50-80% erect when I do the jelqing (if it gets too erect, I pause till it goes down)

No injuries so far, nor any pain that would indicate overdoing it, so that’s good, but the only result is I have gone from a grower to a complete shower. When I started I was only about 2 inches flaccid (I only did a rough measure of it) to 6.25 bone pressed erect. Now I am.. About 6 inches when flaccid and still 6.25 bone pressed erect. (edit: slight overstatement: I just measured. It is 5.1 when flaccid)

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining or anything, just wondering if this is a normal result or if it shows I am not doing enough. Thoughts?

Congrats on your flaccid gains, those are fantastic. If I understand you correctly, you are doing your routine 3 times per session ? Each day ? My guess is that you are overdoing it. Try to only do one routine ( stretches and jelqing) per session with the numbers you are giving. Try to do two sessions per day, with hours apart. Then do it 2 days on 1 day off. Try this for two months, and see whats happening. As long as your erection quality and morning wood is good, there’s nothing to worry about. Erect gains will come, it just takes time to get there. But try what I said for two months, and if you are then gaining, do the routine as long as you can see gains. When it stops ( give it time), you can incorporate other exercises or equipment like extender/ADS/pump/light weight hanging. Good luck.)

I just forgot - remember to use heat, and to heat down after sessions. Use a warm cloth with warm water, or a rice sock ( which you heat in a microwave).

I had been considering it as 3 sets per each session, but yes you are correct: essentially I do it 3 times every session, every day.

Thank you for the compliment, also. I kind of am thinking this is just because the tissue is stretched and if I give it a week off (for example) it would return to its smaller flaccid state. Is that a fair guess do you think, or is flaccid gain usually permanent?

Ok, so I am hoping for too much, basically. Thank you for your advice. Two times per day will be more challenging. I am a single father of two young boys so about the only peaceful quiet time I have is after they have gone to bed, but maybe I can try waking up a little early to do one session then and again at night. I’ll try to work on making room for that.

You’re doing well. Just keep moving forward.

I have been the single father of *one* young boy, too, and I know about the lack of privacy. Young kids have a tendency to suddenly burst into a room.

You are doing Great! Keep at it and the erect gains will come for sure. Once your flaccid gets long enough, then the EL will start showing.
You dont have to listen to me but i want you to add this:
Start a daily log, write your routine……if one day you cant do the full routine - write that down, the other day you did all whats prescribed - write that down. Another day youre halfway into doing PE and you feel like youre too tired or not feeling it, look back….maybe you only slept 2 hts since youre a sinlge parent and your son woke you up in the middle of the night…..that might be the cause for lowel PIs. Write everything down but try to slowly increase time/and or resistance. Dont measure too often.
80% erect jelgs might be a bit too much for you due to you only doing PE for 2 months, but if its working then go for it , focus on the heat. I know many write “heat” “heat” here and there, but i also was there, heat is super necessary , its your friend. No heat Its kinda like going to the gym and do body building/resistance training but then after the gym not eating properly (no protein, carbs, salt….). Its a hassle but its a Must.
I will add….if you can, do the Erect Towel Raises, they help with everything. Ok im rumbling too much.
