First, congratulations on reaching your desired length. On discussions of what gains are possible from PE, something that needs mentioning is that some stop because they want to; because they decide that they are long enough.
It is difficult to separate gaining length from gaining girth. Some exercises and techniques favor one over the other, but I don’t know of any that can guarantee you one and not the other.
That said, pumping is said to be more beneficial to girth than to length. I have not clamped much, but some say that clamping is good for girth as well. The other major exercises (stretching, jelqing, hanging) seem more likely than pumping or clamping to develop length as well as girth.
Pumping and clamping are not generally exercises that you could do ‘throughout the day’, however.
