Hi I’ve been lurking on this forum for about 5 months. Tried PE on and off. I don’t know what BPEL and all that stuff is but when I measure my member it’s 5.8-5.9 EL and 5.1-5.2 girth. My ideal goal is 6.5 X 5.3 that would be perfect IMO! My girl is quite small and never complains about the size or anything.I’m 18 by the way and was kinda late into puberty. Do you think my penis has a chance of growing any more naturally? ANyways I can’t do stretching it really hurt my member and my skin and I just don’t like it. Is there any routine you guys can help me out with to gain around half an inch or so with just kegeling and some simple jelqing or anything. Also can kegeling alone make me gain a few tenths of an inch? Sorry if that was confusing.

And also I measure from the side instead of strait on above does anybody else think this is more accurate?

As long as you measure from the same place every time, side is OK.

Kegaling is for erection strength, and helps control premature ejaculation and helps with ED.

Jelqing is for length gains.

Your only 18, even if you stopped growing in stature your penis may continue to grow even up to age 23.

Try starting with the Newbie Routine and just skip the stretches, if they are a problem for you. (Or you could try stretching more gently; stop short of causing yourself pain!)

You may grow a little more naturally. Check back in five years and let us know. Or in five years, you could have five years of PE under your belt, and some increased size to show for it.

And if your goal is only a half an inch, it probably won’t take five years. You can make your gains, moderate them based on your experiences with your girl, and then just maintain after that with a light periodic effort.

DO you think I would gain around .5 inch in 3 months with this routine.

Monday, Wednesday Friday. 10 minutes of jelqing around 200-300 60 percent erection jelqs
Sunday- Light stretching
Kegeling everday 200 10 second holds

While maintaining consistency this is true in terms of tracking your own gains, it does not hold true in terms of getting an accurate idea of what your stats truly are.

Kegels do, in fact, help with the overall health of the organ.

Jelqing is not, however, necessarily for length gains; it is a good overall exercise, improving circulation and stretching the organ in both directions. The idea has been put forth that jelqing with lower level erections will affect length more, while doing so at higher levels of erection will affect girth more (with the recommendation that one jelqs a 80%+ erection at their own risk).

This does seem to hold true for me in my experience. You could search it to see what others say.

I just think you have to be careful about being overeager for gains and make this just something you do. That seems to be the best way to get gains, apart from a few folks who appear to gain very quickly.

As far as your Kegel routine. Are these with or without an erection? There is value to doing them either way, but mostly what is meant is that they be done without an erection. I’d also recommend mixing it up. Do 50 ten second holds, do 50 quick tense and release. Do 50 slow squeeze to hold for 5 seconds and then release slowly, etc. That way you are giving yourself variety.

Thanks Mr. Happy. In your opinion how should I be measuring? I can not seem to get an accurate measuring when I measure from the top. The side view seems to give me about .2” longer as well. Am I doing something wrong measuring? Me member can range anywhere from 5.6-6.0 inches depending on how I measure.

There is some fluctuation with regard to erection size. Blood flow and smooth muscle relaxation can vary.

The Bone Pressed Erect Length measurement is accomplished by placing a ruler along the top of the penis at the middle point of its width and pressing the ruler into the pubic bone. The erect penis should be pulled to a 90 degree angle from the body.

That’s it. It’s not rocket science.

If you measure from the side you will get a somewhat longer measurement and it is less reliable. Gains are harder to track than with a BPEL measure, as the BPEL measures are grounded against the pubic bone, giving greater consistency.

It’s also a more accurate measure of how deeply you can penetrate, because during intercourse the pubis is the stopping point.

I think that doing jelqing alone for 10minutes a day is not enough. Add some light stretches before the jelqs. It will help in making your dick more pliable for jelqing.

Lol actually ‘you’re’ in that context is completely correct so Kingpole was right in using it. It is a contraction for ‘you are’, as in ‘you are only 18’. And don’t be so condescending to others, especially when you’re not even right.

Oh okay, guess I didn’t understand the whole quoting thing. I’ll also be sure to note that chatspeak is off limits.

Since no one really touched on this. I would suggest that you try stretching with less force. I have had most of my gains through out a short period of time with stretching. I think a good thing to keep in mind is that if it hurts allot than you’re probably doing it too hard. If you incorporate stretching and do 2 days on and 1 off it’s certainly attainable to gain half an inch or maybe even more if you’re lucky. Although not everyone will gain like this. I would say that you should just focus on your routine and the techniques of the exercises, and maybe add some more exercises to the routine.

As far as your routine goes I would step it up a little bit. 2 days on and 1 day off seems to be the standard. Good luck and happy gaining.
