Donut Pillow All Day Extending

I’ve been experimenting on the most comfortable way to extend while sitting in my office chair all day.

The issue that prevented me from keeping the extender on comfortably (and adding heat in intervals) were my testicles being squished.

I placed a rolled up, you-shaped towel on my chair before sitting down and this has proven to be much more comfortable.

Hopefully a helpful tip for anyone in my shoes.

That’s an interesting idea. What kind of extender are you using and how long can you wear it before taking a break?

I use the totalman extender, the older version with the white ring base. I keep it on for as long as I can without pain or the vac cup slipping off, which is about an hour at a time.

I sit on a herman miller aeron chair, and now I use one of those you-shaped travel neck pillows under my butt. It lifts my butt off the chair, and gives the extender and testicles room. Also its easier to add my heat pad around my shaft as well.

That’s the one I use, too.

A layer of thick foam weatherstripping tape on the sides of the ring will help stop the burn. The cap shouldn’t slip unless the sleeve is stretched enough to let air by, or the valve is gunked up. Try tying a shoelace (not too tightly) around the sleeve and see if that helps. The main reason for Total Man bells to leak is dried-out lotion or lube in the bell. Clean it by flushing boiling water through, then use only clear mineral oil (in the laxative section at the pharmacy) for lube. Newer TM bells also come with a rubber cap to go over the nipple.

I’ve been using a sports headband around the ring base to stop the burn, but I think I’ll invest in the thick foam weatherstripping tape you recommend. Sounds like a better long term solution.

I made some adjustments to my vac cup today, and I had a much better seal and less edema on my head.

1. Using a silicone cap over my head before going into the cup (I think the vendor just re-sold me a silicone toe cap)
2. Going into the cup 100% flaccid. Otherwise, blood will flow out during my extending session and break the seal
3. Filling the cup halfway with water before sealing it onto my head. Learned this from Perv at r/gettingbigger. It didn’t work for me initially since I had too large of a cup. I switched to the small size, and the water trick is working great now

I’m trying to extend 6+ hours per day, 5 days a week, for 3 months. I’m currently only 3 days in.

Then I’ll see if I’m actually gaining or not. To be extending this much, I am very interested in learning how to make it as comfortable as possible. I WFH and its been hard focusing on work while extending. My goal is to make putting on / wearing the extender a second nature while I work.
