I’m a new member that just start PE recently and have been using the newbie routine. Due to a mistake caused by a lack of reading, I have been doing dry jelqs for 10 minutes straight instead of 25 to 50 for 2 days now. On my 3rd day (rest day and yesterday) I realize that my dick looks skinnier then before for both, soft and hard, and I have been having a harder time getting hard. Should I stop for a while and restart or should I do the routine today? What should I do?

Anytime you start experiencing negative PI’s either reducing your PE schedule or taking a short break is a good course of action.

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Thank you, which do you think is better, taking time off or lessening the routine? Also I’m circumcised if that helps.

Everyone is different. You need to find what works for you. Quickest is to take some days off.
