Here's my Routine
PE 6 days a week
Day1 stretch down
Stretch lower diagonals
30 sec each 3 sets each
20 jelqs,
Base squeeze,
Double end squeeze.
Day2 stretch left, right & out.
30 sec 3 sets
20 jelqs,
Base squeeze,
Double end squeeze.
Day3 stretch up & upper diagonals.
30 secs 3 sets
20 jelqs,
Base squeeze,
Double end squeeze.
Repeat for the next 3 days and take the last day off.
