Ease into Advanced GIrth Techniques?
Hey what’s up. I’ve been doing the newbie routine for over 5 months and haven’t gained girth. I’m gonna start getting into more advanced techniques. Most likely manual clamping 440s first. I am currently on 2 days on 1 off of jelq and manual stretching.
My question.. Should I ease into the more advanced techniques by doing them every other session? So one day jelq and the next day manual clamp then day off. And continue that for a month or so then just do the advanced??
Or is it possible that would cause toughening without yielding the gains? How should I ease into it while getting the best gains and without premature toughening?
