Ease into Advanced GIrth Techniques?

Hey what’s up. I’ve been doing the newbie routine for over 5 months and haven’t gained girth. I’m gonna start getting into more advanced techniques. Most likely manual clamping 440s first. I am currently on 2 days on 1 off of jelq and manual stretching.

My question.. Should I ease into the more advanced techniques by doing them every other session? So one day jelq and the next day manual clamp then day off. And continue that for a month or so then just do the advanced??

Or is it possible that would cause toughening without yielding the gains? How should I ease into it while getting the best gains and without premature toughening?

When in doubt, ease into it. Especially with Girth exercises, don’t under do it, just don’t overdo it. If you get me.

You know your body better than anyone on this forum. If it’s telling you it’s had enough, you better listen to it. As most folks here like to say: You only get one penis.

I’ve gotten good results without manual exercises like clamping, jelqing, and manual stretches.

In my previous PE journey, started with jelqing and manual stretches, and then moved on to clamping before hitting a hard plateau I couldn’t seem to recover from.

About a decade later I restarted PE with light pumping and light hanging and I’ve now surpassed my previous size, I shrunk a lot during the off years.

Pumping is the easiest way I’ve found to gain girth, it’s a little slower than clamping, but it seems like the better way to go about gaining girth to me.


Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

Sick. Thanks for the replies. Yeah wasn’t really planning on starting non manual clamping till about a year into my journey. So I think I’ll start w the manual clamping exercises for a few months then into pumping.

Any type of pump you recommend?

I like the Leluv pumps. They’re a little more expensive than the ABS novelty pumps, but have the fittings as the high end pumps I think.

I don’t have a massive amount of experience with different brands and models of penis pump cylinders on the market though, so there might be a better choice.

I do think it’s a good idea to get a 12” pump so you don’t have to buy a new one after reaching 9”, though it will be harder to use a hand pump due to the empty space in the tube.

I use an electric aquarium pump modified to vacuum air. I’m pretty sure I bought it at a walmart for $20, or maybe on Amazon. I don’t remember.

Water pumping does seem to be more effective for increasing post pump size and the persistence of the temporary size increase, but I don’t know if that translates to faster or more gains and air pumping is much more convenient for regular use I think.
