ED due to using an extender

12

I’m the opposite. I get more frequent erections when an extender is part of my routine compared to when I’m just do hanging or manual stretches & no extender. I stretch with a lot of tension too, but usually not more than 1:30 per day. There are a lot of different ways to wrap and make it more comfortable, and most techniques have been posted at some point. I use a dry baby wipe wrapped around the silicone tubing, but it sounds like regardless of wrap it might not work for you.

Starting length: ~ 6” BPFSL (Mid ’06)

I don’t trust those things. I had one between high school and college.

After sleeping with it attached, most of the time it came off in the middle of the night, sometimes waking me up.

Other times it stayed on the whole time, but my penis was cold afterward. This happened to me when I was awake with it on, too. Not to mention I’ve never seen any gains, personally.

My suggestion is to warm up with heat and manually stretch. Toss the extender in the forest.

The usability of an extender depends on you; there’s nothing wrong with these devices, you just have to apply common sense and the knowledge you can get here when trying to get benefits from wearing them (and most definitely you’ll need proper wrapping too, although you see a few people here who said they used them without any). It’s just like hanging- if you do it the right way, it’s great, if you do it the wrong way, it’ll only cause trouble and waste your time.

Manual exercises are safer indeed, but doing those is work, while having an extender requires far less AND if you do it properly, there’s no more risk to it than to manual exercises. Now I can see it being problematic for one to find a way to use it properly, but once you manage to, I think it’s a really comfortable and smooth way of PE.

You are right, if you don’t use common sense with a device like this you will end up in hot water. Not the helpful hot water that you warm up with though. I have always used proper wrapping with that thing. It was such a long time ago.

The way I see it though, is that manual stretching indeed is more work, but more beneficial in the long run. You can manually stretch yourself the way the extender stretches you, from which I recall is straight forward. With the extender is only one direction. With your hands you can stretch in any direction and do extra stretches you wouldn’t be able to do with the extender. Learning these stretches will enable you to give more of your PROJECT a good workout.

I don’t know what the names of the stretches are but just look it up on the wiki button at the top of the screen.

Personally I have gained more from manual stretching and nothing from the Jes Extender.

Thanks.

Come on man, use your head. You shouldn’t be doing anything that causes excruciating pain to your unit. A lot of it sounds like performance anxiety to me. I’ve never used an extender and I’ve experienced exactly what you describe. This was also before I did PE so I know PE has ZERO to do with what I went through. I’m not going to say ALL of it is in your head, because you may have seriously hurt yourself, but I will say that eventually it will pass if you let it. Get some ED pills and remember what its like to have a powerful erection.

I’m going to take an appointment with a Urologist, I have already talked about this to my doctor.

Have oh given old jack a nice rest?
