I think PE is NOT only PE, This is a lesson to be patient and perseverance

I guess so, dry orgasm is when you stop right before you can’t control. So you get orgasm with contractions, but without ejaculation. Sometimes people can control and block that in the process. But edging should be about teasing and slowing down much earlier than that point.

Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

Read this:

Retrograde ejaculation - Symptoms and causes - Mayo Clinic

I think … that article says ‘infertility’ may be because the semen isn’t released into the vagina? (so, no fertilization happening during a dry orgasm)?

I don’t think dry orgasms are bad for health. From what I read, many people on this forum practice having dry orgasms. So, one of them may be able to provide some more perspective to this infertility aspect. (I am not married. Neither have I ever faced a situation where I have to get my fertility levels tested. So, I can’t comment on this aspect with certainty.)

What I do know for a fact is that dry orgasms keep me more energetic (as opposed to a normal ejaculatory orgasm).

Article says semen releases into the bladder

If you are edging correctly, you are stopping before the point of no return, so you are not having a dry orgasm at all.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’m about to do a Tantra course. All about not releasing, so I will let you know.

You are confusing the dry orgasm which is a term that states the retrograde ejaculation which is a medical condition, with the dry orgasm as a term that we use to declare a technique. With the dry orgasm as a technique we want to do a strong kegel clamp before the point of no return, before the involuntary muscle spasms, which result in ejaculation.

You want to do this strong kegel before the semen enters the urethra and if you fail to find the right timing the semen will travel high into the urethra. Then when you do the kegel clamp you will block the exit and the semen because it has nowhere to go, it will go into the bladder. Just like the retrograde ejaculation but the difference is that you did consciously. Its harmless but it means that you have failed to perform the “dry orgasm” and you will lose your erection, because you have in fact ejaculate but into the bladder.

The key timing is to kegel hard before the semen enters the urethra, so it will simply go back, you will not ejaculate at all and you will not lose your erection but you will feel some of the orgasmic sensation(not in full intensity).

There’s also “dry orgasm” as in achieving the orgasm feeling but not having pelvic contractions at all, due to having learned to control ‘em mentally (without the need of forcing any muscle or doing kegels). In such circumstances there’s no retrograde ejaculation at all, so I guess there’s also no physical damage.

Started: ~5.9 BPEL x ~4.72EG (November 2014)

Current: ~6.82 BPEL x ~5.7EG (February 2019)

Goal: 8 NBPEL x 6.5EG

Ok. Now, What causes dry orgasm? An illness or…? What?

I’m not an expert regarding illnesses. Nor in orgasms whatsoever, but I can speak from my own experience (which doesn’t include anything triggered by a disease).
The orgasm in this case is triggered the by the same mechanism a normal one is: sexual arousal and stimulation. The only difference is that, by slowly building awareness of your pelvic muscles, it becomes possible to “ignore” the point of no return signal. So you achieve an orgasm but don’t have the muscle spasms (at least not the ones that trigger emission), preventing ejaculation. Once you learn how to do it you can achieve many orgasms in a short period of time by alternating between the plateau and orgasm stages.

Male multiple orgasms are a subject of much speculation and disbelief among most people. But so are female ones, however they are now mostly accepted as possible. Also, non-ejaculatory multiple orgasms can feel quite different at first and you have to get used to ‘em in order to be able to enjoy the sensations. One you do so they can be quite intense, often more intense than “usual” orgasms. Just like women, men can experience a few different types of orgasms, but most of us are used only to the arousal-emission-ejaculation one. Which is probably the best choice, considering the cost-benefit factor and next to zero learning curve. But not the only one possible, nor the most intense.
