I am 29 and have EQ issues related to past porn addiction and being overweight. Not to mention Caffene addiction and smoking/vaping.
Just Started Linear routine with warm up/down, started at 30 wet jelqs and manual stretching before and after jelq sesh. Followed by edging for as long as I can stay above 60% erection level.

On a full porn reboot for about 2 months but have been mostly porn free for a year or so,
Seems like I lost my libido after my divorce/porn stop. Have a great girl now and want to give her better EQ.
My Question is if I struggle with EQ while edging will it still help my EQ issues?

Other question is I have been having phantom orgasms. I feel like I’m about to finish, I prepare to let it loose, and nothing happens, followed by losing my erection. I can get it back with stimulation but I won’t be able to finish and it will happen 2,3 more times. It only happens occasionally but I don’t like it.
Just started taking Yohimbe and have kicked my weight loss up a notch.
Please share insight If you have any.

I had my T levels checked and it came back normal. I will call and get my exact numbers. They referred me to a urologist. I will be scheduling an appointment with him this month, hopefully.

The orgasm issue sounds like retrograde ejaculation to me. During RE, you will ejaculate normally and experience the refractory period the same as always except that your semen will flow into your bladder instead of out.

The problem with your EQ is likely a combination of your weight/cardiovascular situation and performance anxiety. Edging is a good practice for staying power but I would suggest the following:

1. Eat right: Lean meats, vegetables, fruits and lots of water
2. Excercise: Cardio and weight lifting.
3. Lose the fat off of your body.
4. Linear newbie routine for your penis.

I put this in order of importance. Make the decision what you want to be in a life and make it happen. Life and your EQ will turn around if you are willing to put in the work.

If RE is what you describe, that didn’t happen the way you describe. From what I have looked up it seems more like an anorgasmia situation. 30 seconds of head and I was back in there.
I have already lost 35lbs since last year and have made major diet changes in the last few weeks. I set up a progress thread and included weight loss and bi-yearly T tests. I have a gym membership and I have been using it.
I will agree there is an element of mental stress due to the girl I’m dating is smoking hot. I’m working on that by becoming more successful and using some self help books. Years of disgusting porn has warped my damn mind. I can’t wait till I can’t remember the images I use to view on a regular basis.
The Yohimbe is helping a lot in the EQ department. I will be phasing it out as the T levels build up.
