EL gains from stretching?
Just a quick question here, maybe someone medical and/or scientific has the answer.
I’ve read that the enlargement surgery whereby the ligaments are cut produces only an increase in flaccid length, not erect length. This seems to be pretty consistently reported. If true - if cutting ligs doesn’t give EL gains - then how could EL gains be achieved by simply stretching the ligs? Do lig stretches target flaccid length only, while tunica stretching targets EL?
