Electronic penis pump design

I’ve been kicking this idea around in my head for a while

The main components would be:

-Arduino to control everything ($20)
-12v vacuum pump ($20)
-Electric Solenoid to release vacuum ($15)
-Vacuum gauge sensor ($17)
-Flexible heating strips to attach to pump cylinder ($11)

-A temperature sensor to monitor the heating strips ($10)

Prices were quick estimates from Amazon, they likely would be lower.

The part that would be beyond my expertise is the power supply, I was hoping someone with electronics experience could chime in on that. This could be used with any pump cylinder that had the standard fittings.
