EQ, mental health and below avg girth
Hey all,
Long time lurker. Tried PE 2-3 years ago. Was doing basic newbie routine. Felt some numbness after and then randomly during sex with girlfriend and it freaked me out so I stopped.
Since then, I’ve been dealing with EQ issues and mental confidence waning. Few things I’ve noticed about myself since that time.
1) I am no longer 100% rock-hard like I used to be. That is important to me because I have low girth.
BPEL: 6.2” MEG: 4.2”
Ideally, I want to be around 7 and 4.8” at the minimum.
I can no longer keep it up for a few minutes after sex as well. I believe thats due to porn and decreased in sexual frequency. I am not getting laid as much.
2) My CC is not engorged at times. There are days when I wake up and my CC is flat from laying on it. Feels like a thin Reed. I’m not sure if anyone else has this and I’m freaking myself out but I was curious if I could have a structural issue. I prefer to have as much volume as possible due to my low girth.
3) I have noticed that my balls hang lower and my flaccid is longer than I am used to. Maybe my PE and stretching had elongated my flaccid. Now I wonder if the blood is actually getting there to make up for any flaccid gains. I have a very thin flaccid noodle.
4) I am 5’11” around 185 pounds. I have a desk job and for the past year.. I haven’t been working out (which is no common for me). I also have high cholesterol. I pretty much know that I need to work out, drink water, eat healthy, and lower my cholesterol for better blood flow. But the other issues I was wondering the best thing for me to do to improve my girth.
I am a flat top penis guy. Does PE work well for those types of penises? Like I said before, Id like to get to 4.8-5” girth but have read that it is harder for guys with not a lot of girth to achieve this.
Anyone else have the same issues or type of penis to help a newbie?
