I just did 10 mins of stretching and 400 jelqs. I edged for 15 mins with a semi clamp on (doubled over hair tie). I warmed down while doing 150 kegels. Now I can’t get an erection. First time ever.

Is this a sign of over training? I do have a slight hangover…

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.
