Erection Quality, Need Help

Ok, so for those who read my post last week regarding my erection troubles, I seem to have hit a snag. All was going well with the kegels, and I started seeing an improvement in my EQ. However yesterday it was getting back to the low EQ I was experiencing before and then today it was turtling all day. Granted I am having sex everyday. So is that the problem? Do I need to just rest and do kegels? Because at 21 this is starting to get a bit silly. Is it psychological at this point? I just got done with an edging session, right as I stopped before the PONR, my erection was about 95%, but as soon as physical stimulation stopped, my erection was gone within 2-3 minutes and was beginning to turtle.

I have also started taking gingko as of yesterday, 2-3 times a day/20 drops. I started the edging because someone mentioned it in my last post.

This is really starting to get to me. Any ideas at all? Also ask any questions you need to, to be able to help answer, I will be keeping an eye on this thread and posting back promptly.

Kegel’s and edging can fatigue your penis, too.

How often are you doing kegels? When I first started, I did kegels every day, and saw an increase in EQ at first, but then a dramatic dip. Once I dropped back to kegels/edging every other day, my EQ improved and stayed improved.


Start/April 2011: BPEL - 6.75" / NBPEL - 6.00" / BEG - 5.125 / Mid Shaft - 4.75 / Glans 4.5"

Current/August 8 2011: BPEL 7.25" / NBPEL - 6.375" / BEG - 5.625" / Mid Shaft - 5.00" / Glans - 4.875"

Goals: NBPEL - 8.25" / Mid Shaft EG - 6.00"

I would stop everything including kegels. Take a break from all pe and sex until you stop turtling.

Above all, don’t worry about it. The mind is powerful and can trick you into thinking there is something wrong when in fact there is not.

I was doing 2 on 1 off. I was changing it up whenever I was on. E.g, one day I would do 50 normal and reverse, 3 second hold. Or I would do 50 fast ones. Or sometimes 20 5 second holds. Just changing it up. I will lay off though and see what happens. I am getting hip surgery soon anyway, so I will be out of action involuntarily for a little bit. haha
