How does PE improve erection quality? Thanks for your help!

By making it bigger,harder and full of veins.

PE can either help or hurt erection quality. If it helps it may be from improved circulation. If it hurts, it could be from vascular or nerve damage, or fatigue.

People report both ways, and it is important that you keep tabs on how it effects you, and adjust your routine accordingly. Just as with weight lifting, there is such a thing as overtraining, but it is usually easy to reverse.
