There are many types of kegels…
TYPE
Erect kegels vs flaccid kegels
DURATION
Quick 1 second squeezes vs Long duration squeezes 50 seconds or more and everywhere inbetween
INTENSITY
Holding lightly vs holding strongly
ROUTINE
Everyday vs Once a week and everywhere inbetween
SPLIT ROUTINE
All in one go vs Doing little bits throughout the day
This is just to name a few, i found i had to mess about with all the variable above to get some good results. And for me it took a few weeks to see the results once i found the right combination FOR ME. Since every bodies recovery times are different
