I can get erect but it will not stay up unless stimulated but i understand most guys will stay erect for long periods without touching or stimulation.
Yet when im in a relaxed or in the morning then it will stay erect much longer. I am 37 and cant remember my dick ever staying up on its own even when i was younger.

Also why do much older men have difficulty keeping erect? is it blood supply or what?

Would kegals help get stronger erections at any age.

I dont know much about this subject but I know for sure that kegals will help your erections get better, because kegals is helping me getting better erections!and longer!

Don’t beat yourself up over this. Not many of us (at any age) can stay hard without some kind of ongoing mental or physical stimulation. You are absolutely normal.

The change that occurs as we age has to do with how effectively the blood is delivered to the penis as erections happen, and how well the storage tissue in the CCs holds that blood once it is there. Some vascular breakdown is normal as we age (and it tends to be progressive) but there are ways of restoring this, if you find down the road that sexual erections begin to flag for you.

For now, though, PE exercises will go a long way toward keeping you in good vascular shape. Practicing Kegel exercises will improve erectile stamina. Start with a low number, like 20 or 25/day. Add 5 more each day if you find that comfortable and before long you will be able to do hundreds on your way to work or while watching TV. A further advantage of Kegels is that over time they will give you more ejaculation force and increase the intensity of your orgasms. Those are good things, too.

doing less reps and squeezing for loner periods can be quite effective to. anyone agree or disagree?
