Every time I have problems in the first two weeks and more advices

I am really sorry for my misspellings, my native language is not English.
I’ve tried a few times PE, however I stopped after a week because I noticed ED every time after I start. They last about 2 weeks, and then things start to go back to normal (even better than before).
Is it normal to happen like than?
For example, last weekend I had very good erections, and on Wednesday I started PE, mostly stretching. On Friday night I managed to get a moderate erection, but on Saturday night it was a total failure.
