Exact grip while jelqing

Hi!

I’m new and I was wonder if somebody could tell me where should I grip my penis while jelqing?

I have seen the video with hand’s up and down jelqing. Hand’s down jelqing seems to me that you grip your penis more at the side, so you put pressure more at the side of your shaft. With hand’s up jelqing it looks like you put pressure on the top and bottom part of your penis. Is my observation right?

I red that it is dangerous to put pressure on the top side of your penis because the dorsal nerve runs there, so you could damage it. If this is true one should grip more at the side than on the top and bottom so I really don’t know how to do this.

The other thing is that my penis is more oval shaped, so my side girth is about 1,6” and top-bottom girth is 1,4”. I want to make it more rounder, maybe is I put more pressure at the side it is useful?

Oval shaped I do believe is the preferred shape.

The ok grip completely surrounds the penis, move this slowly up the shaft towards the head. (Do not jelq the head)Another ok grip should be just above the glans(if standing) below the glans if (laying down) Read “Jelqing Advice”, it explains it better, in the newbie forum.
