Exercises that cause discoloration

Hi, I will be looking into beginning girth exercises in a few months. But.I’ve seen some pictures of guys that have clamped with detrimental aesthetic effects. Some of the discolored members look quite unappealing, so avoiding such a look is one of my top priorities. What exercises may cause this and do any experts have a rough estimate of how prevalent it is with said exercises? Thanks for any info.

I found shaving my penis with a wood rasp caused some serious discoloration. That and jelqing. Most of my dark areas came from jelqing however. :)

This is usually caused by using too much pressure or too tight of a grip.

Warm-up and warm-down can dimish discoloration, but not totally avoid it. Jelq cause discoloration.

Please, give me a favor: forget about clamping for some months, ok?

Any and all PE exercises can cause discoloration if you go overboard. Discoloration is usually the result of ruptured capillaries, so if you jelq with too much force or hang with too much weight or clamp too tightly or pump with too much pressure, you are going to rupture capillaries. So don’t think you can rush things by going overboard. It doesn’t work. And it looks bad. :)


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
