I am using a Chinese made extender too.3 weeks is too short to judge progress. Measure in 2-3 months to see if it works. PE is a very slow journey. Be consistent and stick to one thing. Good luck!

You are wearing it incorrectly, the glans of penis (the head) should be in the cap and should be sealed through a vacuum

Yeah, you definitely want the head in the cap bit. The way it is in that picture is far less effective - and likely to cause blood-blisters (I’ve been there! 😬).

Oh yeah I am doing this but asking this method is effective.

Make sure that you use medical tape ( Micropore Tape ) on the head of your penis before putting inside the vacuum cup. The entire surface of the penis head should be covered with medical tape. Steps:
1. Roll up or fold the silicon up so that you can insert the head of the penis into the cup
2. Place the head of your penis into the vacuum cup as deeply as possible
3. Unroll/unfold the silicon sleeve so that it is around the shaft of your penis
4. Use the vacuum pump on the vacuum cup to create a vacuum
5. Connect the vacuum cup to the strap on your leg.

I’ve added 1.75 inches in BPEL and 3+ inches in BPFL using a system just like this. Looks to be the same kit except I bought from eBay.
