Hello gents!

With regards to: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

I started getting back into PE maybe about a month ago. Before that, I engaged in PE from Jan 2021 to around April 2021. Both then and now, I eventually hit some mildly negative PIs and a decided lack of positive PIs. I made the mistake of not measuring before I started up again recently, but I did measure yesterday, and I have already hit my previous benchmarks of about 18cm BPEL and a very slight increase on my EG up to ~14.75cm.

I have been using the Quick Extender Pro (Deluxe), both earlier this year and as of about a month ago. I remember attempting to use the length settings that are suggested with the QEP instructional DVD and having significant difficulty with getting strapped in. To be clear, the DVD recommends using the user’s erect length minus 4cm to be the configured length of the extender from the base to the top of the metal rods (without the glans support). What is not clear to me is whether this is meant to reference the BPEL or NBPEL, so if anyone happens to know about this particular issue, please let me know!

That being said, I used a significantly shorter configured length (about 3 to 4cm less) both earlier this year and more recently. However, I took another look at the DVD yesterday and decided to give it another shot with their recommended configured length (calculated from my BPEL) in concert with using athletic tape at the glans and a light amount of gauze between the base of the shaft and the base of the extender. This approach seems to work, and I can feel a greater sense of physiological activation in that area which feels excellent! One question I have is around getting aroused in that state. Is this generally frowned upon? I like to watch porn to some extent while extending to get the blood flowing down there, but I could see why that might not be advisable.

Another thing that I am curious about is with regards to some of the PIs themselves. For instance, I do not typically get noticeable night or morning wood, and I am inclined to believe it has nothing to do with my engagement with PE since this has been the case over the past few years and between April and now. My hypothesis is that this might have to do with my overall physical fitness, since I have gained weight from being diagnosed and medicated for Bipolar disorder and even more so during the pandemic. This also might explain some of the soreness I am having, seeing that I have a considerable amount of fat pad, which might indicate using NBPEL over BPEL for the configured length of the extender.

At this point, I am aiming for four and a half hours a day, in ninety minute segments. I am considering doing one of the following to reduce negative PIs and promote positive PIs: 1) using NBPEL over BPEL to calculate the configured length of the extender, 2) going from ninety minute to sixty minute segments (or smaller), 3) throwing the newbie routine back in (although, I would rather not go for this option because it takes time that I would prefer to use in other ways). If anyone happens to have any advice around this, please let me know. Thank you for your consideration and your time!

In any case, erection quality is an important physiological index. I think the most effective way to improve the quality of erection is to control the frequency of sex. I didn’t have morning wood for a while, and then I began to make love only once a week. Now I have a good erection every day.
