Extending vs Length Pumping for non-monks

When people say extending is faster than pumping are they comparing hours committed or days exercised? Apparently I need to extend >=6 hours a day for it to be effective but length pumping routines usually involve around an hour per day. My current assumption is that length pumping is better than extending if I want to have a life and don’t have 6 hours to spare every day. In other words, an hour of pumping per day is better than an hour of extending each day. What do you think?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

My opinion is that pumping is for girth and extending/hanging is for length.

I’ve never done 6 hours per day. Most I ever did was 4 and that wasn’t very often. You can do plenty with 2-3 hours a day.

Ive gained all my .5 length from pumping only… 10hg for 20ish minutes, but id advise no one go this high for this long unless you know your experienced enough and ready for it…

Yeah, I do hop around quite a few different PE forums so maybe it’s a bit of a misconception. It definitely doesn’t seem like length pumping is talked about as much as extending though.
