i had a idea about the extender.if i pull my penis for 10 til 20 min straight out without a break woul that be dangerous because it would cut off the
blood-circulation totally for a few min ?

If you can hold the grip that long, go for it. People hang for 20 minutes, but that’s the max recommended time for a single set.
