A few months back, I had read that "no fap" is a way to improve penis/sexual/mental health.
After many years of habitual masturbation, I got some control over it and reduced porn, too.
With a better diet, lifting, circadian health, and reduced masturbation, I noticed much harder erections at morning and night, and throughout the day.
I didn’t measure, but I felt stronger/bigger. I’m just over 30, a little overweight, but otherwise in decent health and have a physical job.
I started pumping with a store bought bottle that could fit penis and balls at once, and did this maybe 1-2 times weekly for maybe 3 months.
I decided to discontinue, though, as it was far too arousing. My foreskin was swollen for a day or two after over-pumping one night. Additionally, a small vein became enlarged on the foreskin a different time. Other times, I would have a chub/hard flaccid on and off all night. I could see the size increase, which was good, but, again, it was far too stimulating. It would basically lead to too much jerking.
I’m not sure whether it was the pumping, or the excess masturbation which led to a temporarily bigger girth, longer length and erection quality - maybe both. Plus, once I started pumping, I didn’t want to stop, and I wanted to do it daily, which I knew would cause bad injuries. If I only masturbate every 5 or 6 days, that rest period seems to add a lot of mental clarity and penile strength/ball size, without any other invasive enlargement method. My last measurement was about 5" - 5 1/8" length, 5.5" girth. But flaccid or cold this is more like 3" L, 3.5" girth. I.e., grower not shower. Anyways, just thought I would share this "advice" - I’m glad to have slightly more girth than length, and realize I probably won’t be adding an inch or two in length, given I’m not willing to do any constructive damage to my genitals.
