I went from 1.0-1.1 down to about 0.7-0.8
And as far as I can recall (its been a while, Im maintaining now, not losing anymore), the fat pad loss started at about the end of my weight loss journey, so I guess if I continued I would have lost more. But the problem was, I was not willing to lose more weight since I am now at a weight where you could almost call me skinny - I cannot afford to lose more weight.
I gave up on my 0.25-0.5 max fat pad goal >.<
Will always sit on 0.7-0.8 fatpad.

Ill simply focus on increasing NBPEL and not target BPEL for goals!
Your physiology might vary and you might lose fat pad earlier but people say that that fat is lost when all the other fat is gone already. But it wont really hurt to try and see - gl with that!
Btw. I lost weight by counting calories, with a daily deficit of about 300 up to max. 500 depending on whether I went over a bit the day before or not. I also had only a 8hour window daily where I could eatt. This was a 8 to 16 hour cycle - 8 hours eating, 16 hours fasting (intermittent fasting, if you have not heard about it)
I had a weekly quota which I kept.
Furthermore, I worked out 3x a week and did exercises that, among others, target that general area (glutes, lower abs, upper thighs, …)
