Fat pad & visible lenght & usable lenght

I’m overweight.
My NBPEL is about 5.5” (14 cm) from the top. BPEL (pressing very hard) is little over 7” (18cm)
Blue line is about 16 cm (without pressing).
What is my usable lenght?
Does fat pad have only upper layer or bottom of the penis is also affected by gaining weight?

Question to lean guys with thin fat pad: what is your difference between NBPEL measured from the top and NBPEL measured from the bottom. And what is difference between NBPEL measured from the bottom and BPEL measured from the top.

In my opinion, if you press hard into your partners vagina, you can penetrate up to about 1/2 inch less than your BPEL.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I’m about 3/8 to 5/8 difference depending on how much I press. I have no idea what my body fat percentage is but I assume it’s around 10.

About the same here. I’d guess around a half inch difference.

You are lucky to have so thin fat pad. When I press mine, penis looks decent (especially when I sit and measure up to 7.5” BPEL). Without pressing it looks small. Having fat ass is another factor that makes my penis looks even smaller.

Speaking about fat pad.. Does fat affects also bottom part of penis (between balls and underside of a penis shaft)?
I can press bottom part as well but I don’t know if it’s because I’m fat or everyone can squeeze that part.
Obviously the lower bf you have the smaller difference between NBPEL and BPEL (meusured along the top).
What about bottom area of penis. The same case or not?

And thats the reason why I lost 20 kg (44 lbs)!

Not for health reasons but for dick size!!

There is no better motivator than that!

Losing fat pad also improves the blood flow to the penis. When I was younger, you could see the veins on my abs. My nbpel was close to 8”, measured by a girl. :)

It’s not luck buddy.

A few years ago i weighted 220 at 6ft2.

Dropped 60 lbs in 3 months through diet and excercise and have kept it off :)

Wow man, 60 lbs in 3 months is huge.

Thats 20 lbs / month, which is more or less 20 lbs / 4 weeks, which equates to

5 lbs/week.

Thats not even healthy! I heard 1-2 lbs/week is a healthy rate, so I went with that and lost only 2/3 of what you lost in the double amount of time.

Assuming a fat pad around 1”, this sounds about right. I’ve tried to measure with my Fleshlight before just to see…I’m around 7.5-7.75” BPEL and 6.5” NBPEL, and from what I can tell, at full bore I can put about 7-7.25” into the Fleshlight…so around 0.5” of my BPEL is lost between my fat pad and the ‘fat pad’ of the fleshlight when both are compressed.

Did your fat pad reduce noticeably?? I currently have around 1.3” would love to gain half a inch NBP.

Going to have to work out harder. :P

I went from 1.0-1.1 down to about 0.7-0.8
And as far as I can recall (its been a while, Im maintaining now, not losing anymore), the fat pad loss started at about the end of my weight loss journey, so I guess if I continued I would have lost more. But the problem was, I was not willing to lose more weight since I am now at a weight where you could almost call me skinny - I cannot afford to lose more weight.
I gave up on my 0.25-0.5 max fat pad goal >.<
Will always sit on 0.7-0.8 fatpad.

Ill simply focus on increasing NBPEL and not target BPEL for goals!

Your physiology might vary and you might lose fat pad earlier but people say that that fat is lost when all the other fat is gone already. But it wont really hurt to try and see - gl with that!

Btw. I lost weight by counting calories, with a daily deficit of about 300 up to max. 500 depending on whether I went over a bit the day before or not. I also had only a 8hour window daily where I could eatt. This was a 8 to 16 hour cycle - 8 hours eating, 16 hours fasting (intermittent fasting, if you have not heard about it)
I had a weekly quota which I kept.
Furthermore, I worked out 3x a week and did exercises that, among others, target that general area (glutes, lower abs, upper thighs, …)


Then: 6.5 BPEL | 5.5 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG | 5.0 BEG

Now: 8.11 BPEL | 7.24 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG | 5.0 BEG
