So proportionally you are long.

A simple routine of 1 day on/1 day off with clamping, will work
Sessions would total 50-60 minutes, 1-2 minutes clamped/1-2 minutes not clamped, on/off/on/off.
You put a clamp in the penis base(protected with a sock wrapped around the base) when you are 80-90% % erect (not a full erection), the first clamp secure the blood, then apply a second clamp at the same spot, to increase pressure gently, and carefully push the clamps forward toward the glans as a block, to create increased pressure from base to tip.
Gently, you should feel a nice stretch but in a not-painful way, nearly pleasurable but intense pressure sensation, and after those 1-2 minutes. release. Then repeat
Do this with a tailor tape at hand so you can measure your erect girth at the start, your girth when clamped, your girth after 50% session is done (30min), and your girth after 60min before finishing the session.
Your girth will imediately be a bit bigger when clamped cos the spongious urethral corpus cylinder will be full, but then your whole circumference will increase as the session advance, partly because of the inner expansion, partly because of swelling. Session should end before the swelling looks any bad. In my case happened around 40-50 minutes clamping on and off.
