Do not get me started on this subject. Me and the wife tried to get pregnant for 4 years, got pregnant twice but also lost both times. Now she is pregnant again and this time everyting is fine. In those 4 years the doctors did a lot of testing on both of us, but could not find anything wrong, so I did a lot of reading about the subject for my self.
One thing I found out is that the medical-world actually do not know much about the subject. I had my sperm check 5 times and one of the times my sperm for some reason was bad. I had to wait 3 month for the next test, because thats the period it takes for a sperm cell to develop. That was a rough 3 month waiting period.
Some people is born with poor blood-flow to the balls, but this can be correct by a little operation. Doctors always recommend not to sit tomuch or to wear tight pants etc. because of the bloodflow. Once I read about a dude who used low blod flow as a birthcontrol metode. He put a string around the balls, and measured his spermcount every week, after about 3 month he no longer was abel to get a girl pregnant.
About the excercices you should not put weights on your balls, and I personally think you should not use clamps. Other than that I think testicalmassage is god, jelc is good etc. Many excercies helps the bloodflow. I think you can do most af the routines you want, as long as your a little careful. By careful I mean not to over-do anything.
I have a teori that the penis and the balls has seperate bloodsystem, e.g. their not directly connected. But I am not a 100% sure, maybe someone else knows something about this. If my teori is correct it should be safe to do everything with your penis as long as you keep away from the balls bloodflow.
