Finally: my first gains

hello everybody:)
finally I have measured my unit after two months of hard PE and surprisingly there are results ca 0.8-1.4cm. see my signature

(I was a skeptic from the beginning, but its look like its possible;)

It was kind of what I have been expected of my routine:

From the beginning of December up to now 5 times a week (Sunday to Thursday) stretching in 9 dir 3 times holding each stretch for 1 min, takes 30-40 min, then;
Jelqing for 30 min.
In December my PE wasn’t always effective because my dick got fast erected and it was hard to control it, but now its ok, there have been some days that I couldn’t do the whole routine (ca. 4 times in 5 weeks) then I just did the stretching part.

I thought to continue my routine for 2 more months(1), before I ask you guys for routine modifications.

(1)The reason for that is a pseudo-scientific; in this way I can measure (and compare) the data with more control on the independent variable

If your routine works, don’t do the mistake that I and so many have made - switching before gains come to a halt.

I don’t think I’m gonna change anything for the next 2 months.

one of the main variables in healing process is sleep (+ food) from 7-8.5 h, the growth hormone and testosterone are at their peaks then (two h before wakening)
