This is my routine. I might be moving too fast, I’m a bit nervous that my dick will toughen quickly.
5-10 minutes warm up with hot cloth
2 sets of 15 jai stretches (love em)
At random intervals, Helicopter spins lolz.
2-3 sets of all directions stretches, Including OTL stretches which feel great. Hold for between 30 seconds- 1 minute 30.
The rotating stretch,
Then 10-15 minutes assisted A and V stretches using different points along the shaft as fulcrums. Though I’ve decreased the amount of all direction stretches and an doing around 20 minutes of A and V stretches now.
Sometimes hotwrap again.
Then jelqing 20-40% erect, not too hard, just medium, using force, but nothing excessive.
hotwrap cool down.
My flaccid has never been so great in my life, I’ve only been at this routine about a month and a half. Any tips are welcome.
