As I said above, I’m not sure that I believe the 6 in EG yet. I usually don’t post measurements that I haven’t been able to reproduce several times. I’ve only measured 6 in EG one time. I don’t rely much on erect measurements because without “proper” stimulation, I have a little trouble getting fully erect. I don’t mean to suggest ED, if anything, rather the contrary. At the right times, my EQ is very good. It’s just, my head seems to know the difference between training camp and game day. I’m trying to get a good set of erect measurements at least once a month.

I tried this morning to do an EG; I’m not getting much cooperation from my little guy. Maybe I’ll have better luck later in the day. Even at about 60% erect, I’m still measuring 5 3/4 in so I’m pretty sure that I’m significantly larger in EG.

I’m not sure that I’d recommend my exercise routine. It’s somewhat strenuous, especially for a beginner. Everything basically revolves around the jelq. I do 1200 a day with a day off roughly every 10 days. I do them all in one session. I have a cycle of 400 that I go through. I’ll describe that cycle in a minute. There are four different exercises in each 400 cycle. I do 100 of each exercise, stop and massage for about 15 seconds between each exercise. It takes me about 1 hr 40 min to complete my exercise session.

Heat! With heating pad for 15 minutes.

Exercise cycle:

Think points of a compass: north (toward chin), south (toward floor), east, west.

Jelq (north, palm toward body) and stretch: 100

100 of these:
(A) jelq (left hand, palm toward body) south, rotate clockwise with hand close to body stretching, two complete circles.
(B) jelq (right hand, palm toward body) south, rotate counterclockwise with hand close to body stretching, two complete circles.

Jelq (perpendicular to body) and stretch foreskin: 100

Jelq (south, palm away from body) and stretch: 100

That’s my cycle of 400; I do three sets of this cycle. Remember, I’m a newbie, so I’m just guessing; it’s probably the jelqs that are increasing my girth.

That sounds like a pretty cool routine. It seems a lot of girth can be found in jelqing. Do you think that your huge increase had to a lot with the N E S W or more just the amount of jelqs?

I’m not sure that I know enough to even speculate about the girth increase. It was a huge surprise to me. My main interest is in increasing length, so I haven’t paid much attention to girth. I don’t think that the N E S W thing is contributing a lot to my increased girth. I put this into my routine for the purpose of stretching. Every exercise begins with a jelq and then adds something. Right now, the something is a lot of stretching. I think it’s likely that the number of repetitions I’m doing has a lot to do with my improvement. I got this approach from a different web site before I found Thunder’s Place. From what I’ve read, jelqs improve girth, so having every rep start from a jelq and the extreme number that I’m doing each day probably has a lot to do with my results.

2-Month Update

It’s hard to believe, but I just finished my 8th week of PE. Here’s where I am:

Weight: 205 lbs.

I’m adding this measure because I’m pretty sure I have close to an inch hidden in fat pad. That’s too much length not to try to go after.

BPSFL: 5.63 in.
BPEL: 5.5 in.
EG: 5.5 in.

Foreskin restoration: 25%-30% (This is a real WAG, but gives at least some sense of how well this is going.)

I was measuring 5.75 in BPSFL for awhile. Now, it’s backed off to 5.63 (+) in.

I think that I’ve gotten through what I believe to be fast newbie gains and now I’m settling in to slower gains. We’ll see.

I’m a little surprised by the measurements. When I’m doing my exercises it’s absolutely obvious that I’m stretching further and I’m much larger in girth. I’ve started taking two day in a row off and then doing my measurements just before starting back to my exercise routine.

I’m trying to decide how often to measure. Certainly daily doesn’t seem to be useful. I’m not sure weekly makes much sense either. I’m thinking at least monthly for “official” measurements. Any thoughts?

Wow, 1200 jelqs/day, that’s crazy!! Congrats on the gains!

I measure once a month, in 2 consecutive days, pre-PE. If there is some inconsistency, I’ll measure a 3rd day.

Once a month is what I’m thinking about recording here. I agree with the two consecutive (or more) days. I’ve measured 6 in girth, but only once. I’m thinking swelling. I try to make sure that a measurement is settling down around a steady value before I record it here.

I had already worked up to this routine before I figured out what the recommended newbie routine was. Otherwise, I would have started there. Since I haven’t had any physical problems with this routine, I decided to stick with it. It’ll add information on a different approach to our database.

I would like to ask about your hands, aren’t they get tired doing these many jelqs?? I mean how can you mange 1200 jelqs in one session, you must have “super hands”.

You know, this really hasn’t been a problem. I do a lot of rehabbing of old houses, so I do a lot of manual labor every day. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it. I have noticed, though, that my hands and arms are getting stronger as a result of my jelqing. I guess that’s a pleasant unintended consequence.

Congrat’s bkv2k, I knew you were a carpenter as soon as I started reading, Swinging a hammer helps your grip greatly, I had to ease up on my grip when I started.

I also like the speed square idea, I also broke up a combo square to measure, speed square sounds more comfortable and consistently accurate.

I just need to get a yellow one with black increments for picture purposes (the metal sheen gives a bad reflection and makes it hard to read.)

1200 jelqs is a hell of alot though, you must have alot of privacy.

Doesn’t seem like much, but swinging a hammer a good part of the day makes your grip stronger than people might suspect. I really like your idea of the yellow and black speed square. Mine is aluminum and hard even for me to read without good light. Also, it’s only six inches. I’m looking forward to the day I can a larger one. :-)

Actually, privacy isn’t much of a problem for me. I’m an early bird and my wife ISN’T! I get up an hour early and I’m finished long before she gets up.

I don’t know where I got the idea that I needed to get to 1200 jelqs a day. I’ll be interested to see how my results come along. Right now, I don’t think I’m gaining any faster than the Thunder’s newbie routine.

Could you (or anyone else) explain that bolded parts more clearly?
You alternate hands when jelqing, so is it that while simultaneously jelqing, you also use your other hand to stretch your dick clockwise/counter-clockwise? Or do you do the two circular stretches after you’re completely done with the 100 jelqs?
