Congrats on the gains. Bird is right though, start with the beginning routine and work your way up to the more advanced stuff. The last thing you want to do is injure yourself and end up being out for a month or longer.
I speak from experience. Last year when I started I began with a beginner routine but within a couple of weeks I jumped up to more advanced exercises. I ended up injuring myself and had to take some serious time off. Then when I came back to it I had many doubts that it would even work, but it is and I’m being more patient. Before I wanted to see results yesterday, at least now I’m willing to wait till today lol.
Be patient, be persistent and the results will come. Good luck.
