Hi everyone! I’m a 62 year-old newbie (63 in 2 months) and have been lurking approximately six weeks. I’ve not read everything that is available but I have read a lot, especially things that were recommended by other members who have gone before.

My main objectives for joining this forum are to enhance the girth of my penis and to regain erection strength. Currently I have problems maintaining an erection and the erection is never very full, guessing 75% aroused and goes limp in a hurry. Viagra has helped but I’m hoping to find a better and permanent solution to this malady.

Currently I have been doing kegels daily but randomly (when I think about it) for about a month and I have noticed some improvement but not a great deal, my thinking is that this will help me regain erection strength and some staying power. I’ve notice recently some morning wood, which has not been around for a long time, so I am starting to have some hope in this objective. I’m thinking of doing a program of horse squeezes to provide some girth and meet my other objective. My plan is to go randomly, slow and easy with these squeezes.

My current measurements (as near as I can determine) are 6.5x5 erect (sic); flaccid L&G vary too much and I feel that those measurements are not significant, just my opinion.

I welcome any and all suggestions.

I’m sure the kegels will help. The more the better but work up fairly slowly. Some guys think kegeling until you hit the (lactic acid/anaerobic) burn is the best thing. I do what you do.

Jelqing may also help with general penis condition. It may add a bit of length but it will allow you to condition your penis (within about 2 months) to survive the pressures of horses.

Horses really aren’t for someone just coming into PE. I ignored that myself when I started, gained an injury and some permenent discoloration. Even taking it slowly will probably not help.

Glad to have you on board and posting. You may wish to check out the Pumper’s Forum and Avocet8’s pumping routine which he and others have found useful in addressing erection difficulties,ED issues and length and girth gains. Good luck on reaching your goals.

Hi Memento! thanks for the concerns about injury and the suggestion to jelq for a few months before squeezes. I’ve considered doing just that then changed my mind, but I will reconsider and do some more reading.

I did not mean to alarm anyone with the mention of doing squeezes immediatley, when I mentioned them in my post, notice I said slow and easy and as Horse440 says he does them randomly, not on a daily basis. I definitely will not overdo this type of exercise. I will let you know what I decide on this thread (I’m already thinking of taking your suggestion) soon.

The difference between a pre PE penis and one thats been jelqed for two months is incredible. In 2 months it becomes tougher, more veiny and generaly more healthy.

Horse440 has been PEing for years and he will know the limitations of his penis well. It might be best to work through the newbie routine before you consider an on/off routine.

I know you say gradual but its very easy to just go for that little bit extra with all seeming fine. Injury is really only something you notice after its happened unfortunately.

Memento! You have convinced me (talked me into) that I should not do the squeezes until I have a few months of PE’ing under my belt. I realized there is a risk involved and being a newbie I realized that I actually know nothing and when members like you make suggestions or give warnings those suggestions/warnings should be heeded.

I got into this for the prupose of strengthening my erections.

They were actually more or less normal, but I had an ablity when I was younger to just keep on fucking whether I blew a load or not with very strong erections. A couple of years ago I began to noticed not being able to do this any more. I found jelqing after some research and began to do the execises. The jelqing definitely restored my former talent and over about 7 months I got 1 5/8” length and 1/2” girth to boot. Jelqing and kegels alone are all you need if you are looking for girth and improving your erections. extra length is a bonus. Manual stretches can add to length gains. I agree that squeezes of any type should be defered for a couple of months if for nothing else to wait untill you are more in tune with your unit to avoid over doing. Keep in mind that your erections may actually be weaker for a few hours after your workouts, so you may want to time workouts so that you don’t feel the need to perform till fully recovered. Take and post your begining measurements, if you gain well you’ll be sorry that you didn’t.

Thanks for the info, I am encouraged by your testimonial and will proceed as Memento and Peforeal and YOU have suggested.

I find it difficult to get a good reading on measurements for the simple reason of not being able to get a full erection and maintain it for any length of time. What I posted at the beginning of the thread is my best guess estimate, when I was much younger, those #’s were definitely higher.

When you suggested that I post measurements did you mean to post them in Size’s PE Data?

Even more reliable than bone pressed erect measurements is the bone pressed flaccid stretch.:

stretch that fucker straight out then press the ruler to the bone to take a reading. be consistent at all times with the angle you site your reading, posture etc. inability to get consistent erections should not deter you from getting accurate readings. Usually the bone pressed flaccid stretch is any where from 0” to 0.5” longer than the bpel. In my case my bpfsl is 0.375” (3/8”) longer than the bpel.

I have 2 things to add here.!Make sure you take measurements before’i didn’t and i KNOWive had some sweet gains but how much ill never know so that is important.And 2 I’ve been pe’ing for about 2 months and for the last week i “snuck”in some short horses into my routine and they are brutal!!!!I can see how someone can easily be hurt by them.go slow at first injury is not fun!!

You were right, the bone pressed flaccid stretch was 6.75 the erect bone press was 6.4 this time, a little over a quarter of an inch difference.

Just a word to the wise from my experience Joshua.

Jelquing and stretching can cause some desensitation of the penis. With some of the symptoms you describe concerning your minor erection problems, I would just keep myself aware of the possible consequences of overworking your unit.

Take it slow, be persistant but above all, listen to your body!
