Hello fellow PEers. This is my first post on the forum, although I’ve been lurking for almost two months. I came across this site after becoming a little insecure about my size (was 6.5x5.1) and also wanting to improve the quality of my erections. This is the first time I took a serious, objective look at PE, and after reading through the site for a couple days, I decided to start trying some exercises.

I started mainly with manual stretching, holding for 30-60s in each direction (when down, applying pressure to the ligs), and kegals. About a week into PEing I started jelqing and doing this squeeze thing I do.. Both regularly. Basically I didn’t have a routine.just pulled on little peter whenever the chance presented, usually everytime I went to the bathroom; and kegalling almost constantly throughout the day. After the initial week, I’ve been doing at least an hour of exercises everyday, usually taking one day rest per week; and at the end of week six, all my scepticism has been shattered.

My pre-PE measurements were BPEL 6.5” x EG 5.1”
My last measurement was BPEL 7.0” x EG 5.4” (and mind you, these were conservative measures)
Also, my flaccid size is quite larger than before, both length and girth.

My girlfriend’s noticed too. Just a couple weeks in she told me “I love how big your penis is when it’s soft.” And recently during sex, she’s been calling out “you’re hitting the back” a lot more often.and for the first time in a front position. She can definitely feel the difference already! My erections are harder and longer lasting than they’ve been for a while, and I can shoot like a cannon again now, with more pleasurable orgasms too.

I’m completely sold on PE now, and am going to continue to exercise for at least a year. My short-term goal is NBPEL 7.5” x EG 5.75” and long-term 8” x 6”.

I’ve just got one question for you more experienced PEers. I have a 5” base and was wondering if there are any exercises to increase base girth, or if it comes naturally with other exercises? Also, is it possible that you could decrease base girth by jelqing/squeezing at the base?

Hello petermark. Welcome to the forum.

I don’t remember anyone ever reporting a decrease in base girth caused by an exercise. Could be possible though. I would suggest that you keep doing exactly what you are doing now and do some research on the more advanced exercises. Then in a month or so, you could add one or two advanced exercises slowly.

Welcome aboard petermark. Very good intro and congrats on your gains so far. I think that pumping works on girth with the base. I have been doing it a little here lately because I was getting the baseball effect from jelging alone. I think that if you read up on pumping, you might find that it may help you.

Thanks for the support guys. I think I’ll take your advice and try out pumping in a month. I’m also going to try weening in some clamping sessions soon, ‘cause that’s pretty much what I do already with my hands.but only for 2-4min tops. Again, thanks for the warm welcome and advice. I’m gonna go look up some info now ;)
