Hi all

I’ve been reading the forum for the past couple of months and doing jelqing which to be honest is pretty easy going ;) and now want to move onto next step so I’ve decided to try this

Jelqing and stretching 30 mins

Jelqing 5 mins partially erect for girth 5 mins to end session

3 days on 1 off

Then tried hanging just 3.5lb for 25 mins before jelqing every other jelq day

From reading forum this looks feels ok just wanted to get an opinion if possible

I’d suggest holding off on the hanging until your newbie gains start to taper off. A lot of guys just keep gaining for a long time with the newbie routine. (Stick with that) At what erection level are you jelqing now?

I’m starting jelqing at totally flaccid but naturally go about 70% - 80% quite quickly that was why I was thinking of light hanging as then I could get to work a but more on length while jelqing seems to be mainly girth
