First Routine After Basic Induction
Hi all
I’ve been reading the forum for the past couple of months and doing jelqing which to be honest is pretty easy going ;) and now want to move onto next step so I’ve decided to try this
Jelqing and stretching 30 mins
Jelqing 5 mins partially erect for girth 5 mins to end session
3 days on 1 off
Then tried hanging just 3.5lb for 25 mins before jelqing every other jelq day
From reading forum this looks feels ok just wanted to get an opinion if possible
