Flaccid hardness for too long
Well, I create my account quite a long ago, I’ve read some posts, saw the newbie routine and got started into it.
The first month I did it kind of inconsistent, I did the basic lubricated jelq and stretches, in that month I gained nothing.
Like in the middle of second month I switched for the C grip and gained 0.4 cm, the third month 0.5 cm and the fourth 0.6 cm with the same routine.
From the fifth month I gained nothing so I increased a bit the amount of jelq and again no gain. So I got anxious, rushed and stupid and decided do more jelqs, I jelqed for 40~50 minutes, I think, for 2 weeks with 1 day off each week and the stretches were increased as well.
After that I was a bit sore and took 2 weeks off, afterwards I got into the same routine of more jelqs again and after 10 days, I think, I quit again for another week, I was injured, it wasn’t nothing grave, I think, but was bothering me too much, this injury remains until today, it is like a inflammation in the little hole from where get out the pee (sorry, I don’t know the properly name) forming kind of two little balls each side, more visible when erect.
After all that I still took another week of stretches as hard as I could getting worse the injury, because was the stretches that caused this, I think I’ve never seen anyone complaining about stretching causing injury or disconfort yet in this forum.
So since this day, it was beginning of January, if don’t fails me memory, my penis is still injured in the “little hole” and quite of flaccid hardness, it was worse, like a stone, but I was used to just jelqing easy or take a week when I would have flaccid hardness and it would fade away that now I’m afraid this never disappear.
You guys have any tip or advise for me? Should I better go to a urologist or just wait until it cure?
I would like to give PE another go, but hard like that I’m afraid it hasn’t any effect.
