Although I couldn't ever do that, Im surprised at how many do! This is a great place for information and besides that its a great community that people really help each other. I have seen so many uplifting comments its amazing. This is really an exceptional community!

I think you’ll find as time goes by that you’ll be able to write in complete sentences and with proper punctuation. It’s one of the things we really encourage. In fact, people have been banned for not following the Forum Guidelines, especially this one. This isn’t a chat room so there’s no need to rush or use abbreviations and chat speak. So, since you brought it up, let me ask you to try to avoid things like “thx” and to use proper punctuation (I’m, can’t, it’s, etc.).

Overstretching? or not enough stretching?
It doesnt hurt when I stretch, I just do it till I can feel it.
I sense that you’re a young guy. It’s been said that younger men have more “elastic” tissues and that sometimes makes gains more difficult versus the older guys. You may have to work a bit harder or more often to get the tissues to stretch more. Manual stretching shouldn’t hurt, but you should be able to feel the pull deep inside when you do them. Try rotating while you pull (your whole dick in a large circle) as well as pulling up, down, left, right and straight out. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds or longer and do two or three sets.
