I have a microwavable heat pad that I got at the drug store for ten or fifteen dollars. I just heated it up and warmed Mr. Happy up, but then did no work out at all.
It was about month after I got the pump. I was pumping like a madman, jelquing, stretching hard, etc.. I didn’t give myself enough rest and…I over did it. Now my PE routine is much gentler and I use more heat.
I’m doing less, so that Mr. Happy stays happy. PE is a marathon, not a sprint - not even a thousand yard run. A marathon.

Your erections should get stronger from doing PE, if they don’t figure out why and work from there.
The pump is good for circulation, but you can over do it with a pump too.
