For how much time does your dick shrink when you in cold sea water

So today I went to the beach and I went in very cold water (80 feet depth) 2 times and obviously my dick shrank, now a lot of hour later (like 10) It still feels a little bit smaller even tho I put it under hot water for a little bit. And I’m sure it is smaller because I can pull more skin (I have a little excess in foreskin). For how much time does it shrink for you?

And most importantly, let’s say someone did PE everyday for 2 years and went in the cold sea every day for 2 years, would this be detrimental to his PE JOURNEY?

I have a terrible flaccid when it comes to these things, gym and going in cold water makes me shrink like crazy for real, let’s say at least 2 hours or a bit less.
