Foreskin

I have some funny looking skin on my foreskin after a partial circumcision. It is kind of blueish and not red like the rest. It is a small area at the size of a small coin.
I thought this might go away over time but it`s been a year and not much improvement.
I was wondering if I could use wart remover to make all the skin look the same?

Anyone have an idea?

Do you have a pic of it? It almost sounds like it could be a vein or just a bruise. Did you just get circumsized a year ago? If so, why only a partial?
