Glad you finally got the referral. Do you mean Viagra and a cock ring does not provide you with a strong erection? How much Viagra and how tight was the cock ring? I have severe ED and I can achieve a nice erection with 50 mgs of Viagra and a High tension Osbon Erecaid Tension band. The problem is not so much finding an urologist (surgeons) but most urogolist may dismiss your concerns perhaps you should look or consult with a sex therapist first.
