Found My Girth Formula
I’ve been on a girth journey for a while and I’m so pumped this week because I think I finally found my perfect routine. I’ve done PE off and on over the last 10 years and have had some success but mostly in length. I gained an inch in length with the newbie routine, but I was never able to get my stubborn girth to budge. All of that is finally changing.
I’m currently 7.25” BPEL and 5” MSEG. I bottom out during the middle of my wife’s ovulation cycle, so I don’t want much more length as I know I’m close to the max comfortable length already. 7.5” is probably max I would want.
But girth is where I’ve been focused. After my newbie routine gains, I tried clamping for 4 months as it was the easiest of the big girth routines to keep hidden. I struggled to get the expansion that others talked about and only ended up with bad EQ.
After a year off, I came back and took up a serious pumping routine. After 5 months, I saw good gains. About 1/4” MSEG cemented. I took a couple months off over the summer and started up another routine using everything I learned. So far, I am seeing the best expansion and results of my PE career.
Here’s my routine:
Warm Up:
30-45 minutes IR Heated Fowfers
Pumping
2-3 sets of 20-25 minutes using 6-8hg with IR heating pad wrapped around the tube
Between Sets
Fire goat rolls. These are critical to help reduce any fluid buildup between sets and prepare the dick for the next pump set
1-2 hours between sets. This is the critical piece that I was missing in my first pumping routine. By resting 1-2 hours between sets, I give my dick time to recover and eliminate the fluid build up. I’m able to pump to bigger expansion without the donut fluid buildup that occurs if I stack the pump sets 5 minutes apart.
I’m going to stick with this routine and see if I can make it to my goal of 7.5” x 5.5” in 6 months.
