Fowfers Cause Anyone's Balls To Ache?

Maybe I’m stupid but I think when I do 2, 1 min fowfers during my session, I’m putting too much pressure on my nuts.

I do PE in the morning and by mid afternoon my balls have an almost blue balls feeling. It was noticeable for most of the next day as well.

Routine: 2 on, 1 off
10 min heat
10 min 4 directions manual stretch
10 min wet jelque
2 min fowfer
10 min misc cool down activities
I do 100, 2 sec kegels at night, half with resistance

The day after I did no fowfers or kegels just in case.

Is there anything else that might be causing this? Been about 2 weeks since cumming. Who knows, maybe I need a release. My wife needs to get over her cold.

Depends where I’m sitting and on what, I tend to switch sides and center frequently enough as to give my nuts a breather


Start: 7" BPEL top measure , 5" MEG, Flaccid:1"

Now: 7.5" BPEL top, 5.5" MEG, Flaccid:5"

Goal: 8" BPEL top, 6" MEG, Flaccid: 6"

It really depends on their positioning when doing the exercise as your personal proportions. You goal is to keep the penis taught while allowing normal blood flow.

The few times I did the exercise my balls were able to clear out of the back or were comfortably out of the way to the side or something. I never put my full weight on top of them. Only you know exactly your technique but I would reevaluate the exercise or adapt the technique to your body, especially if it is causing pain or problems.

I think my preferred option now is to do BTC stretches rather than fowfers. Will give these a try to avoid sitting on and squeezing my balls at the same time.

Is there a amount of time recommended when starting BTC stretches? I’m planning to start with only 2, 30 sec stretches.

I will do these as part of the manual stretching part of my routine.
